When involved in an accident, it is important to report the accident and all information regarding the accident as soon as possible, so a claim can be set up, and an adjuster can be assigned to the case. Northern Star Management will be happy to assist you in reporting a claim to one of our top notch insurance carriers, but the most efficient way to report a claim is directly to the insurance carrier.
Below you can find claim reporting information for our major Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and General Liability insurance carriers. When reporting a claim, be sure to completely and accurately fill out an ACORD Loss Notice, and send the notice along with all additional information regarding the loss to the appropriate insurance company’s claim department. Most claims can be reported directly to the insurance carrier, but if you do not see the carrier listed below, please send all information to info@northernstarins.com or fax to 908-253-9272.
